Elsa was born in Colombia and spent most of her life in Bogota until immigrating to the United States at the age of 31. Elsa is a dentist from Colombia. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery from San Martin University in Bogota, Colombia. She completed her residency at ESE Regional Hospital Sogamoso, where she stayed for a second year as a dentist. She opened her own practice and worked for three years.
She married Dr. Guillermo Ramos and started a dental practice in Endicott, NY, where she worked as Office Manager at Washington Family Dental for 20 years. In 2021, they decided to move to Florida to enjoy the warmer weather and to make Ramos Dental Care part of their assets. Taking advantage of her extensive knowledge of dental insurance, procedures, and policies, she is currently part of the leadership team at this office, making her an important asset to ensure the patient gets the best service possible

My name is Leticia Isacc. I was born in Cuba in 1976 and graduated as a Dental Assistant in 1998. Since then, I have practiced my profession with dedication, responsibility, and a genuine vocation for service.
Five years ago, I came to the United States, and for the past four years, I have had the privilege of continuing to practice the profession for which I trained in my home country. I feel deeply proud to contribute my knowledge and experience to the oral health care of my patients, always providing care based on respect, empathy, and professionalism.
